 When it is determined that the above statutory increase in alimony occurs, the caregiver may make an increase request according to the following:
 1. Negotiate with the other party. Because they are the biological parents of their children, if there is an increase in expenses, both parties can negotiate first.
 2. Court action. If the two parties fail to reach an agreement, for example, if the other party has formed a new family and is unwilling to pay money, then in order to ensure the healthy growth of the children, they should go to the court to file a lawsuit.
