If the place of performance is specified in the sales contract, the place specified in the contract shall be the place of performance; If the actual place of performance is inconsistent with the agreed place of performance, the actual place of performance shall prevail.
If there is no agreed place of performance, the agreed place of delivery shall be the place of performance; If there is no agreed place of delivery, the place of delivery determined by law shall be the place of performance of the contract.
If the place of performance cannot be determined, if the subject matter is currency, the place where the party receiving the currency is located shall be the place of performance; If the subject matter is a real estate, the place where the real estate is located shall be the place of performance; For other objects, the place where the party performing the obligation is located shall be the place of performance.

In Item 3 of Article 511 of the Civil Code, if the parties have not clearly agreed on the content of the relevant contract and cannot be determined according to the provisions of the preceding article, the following provisions shall apply:
（3） If the place of performance is not clear and the currency is paid, the performance shall be performed at the place where the party receiving the currency is located; If the realty is delivered, it shall be performed at the place where the realty is located; Other objects shall be performed at the place where the party performing the obligation is located.
