Article 17 of the social insurance premium stipulates: "If an individual who has participated in the basic endowment insurance dies due to illness or non work related causes, his or her survivors may receive funeral subsidies and pensions; if he or she completely loses his or her ability to work due to illness or non work related causes before reaching the statutory retirement age, he or she may receive disability allowances. The necessary funds shall be paid from the basic endowment insurance fund". The close relatives of the deceased employees may apply to the social insurance institutions that pay pension insurance with death certificates, cremation certificates, identity cards of applicants and bank cards.
