Funeral expenses shall be calculated on the basis of the average monthly salary of the staff and workers in the previous year in the place where the court is located, and shall be calculated on the basis of the total amount of six months.
 Generally, it includes corpse transportation fee and cremation fee. The cost of buying the cinerary box, the storage cost of the first phase of the cinerary, as well as the reasonable expenses such as labor fees and necessary transportation fees paid by the employees.
 However, if the above standards are exceeded, the court may, after examination, make compensation according to the actual loss of funeral expenses. No compensation shall be made for the expenses incurred by the family members of the deceased who refuse to implement the decision of the relevant department on the funeral within a time limit without justified reasons.
