The form of individual criminal indictment is as follows:
 1. The identity information of the private prosecutor, the agent ad litem and the defendant shall be stated in the first part;
 2. In the part of cause of action and claim, the accusation and claim shall be clearly stated.
 3. In the part of facts and reasons, the specific facts of the defendant's criminal acts against the victim should be stated;
 4. At the end, the name of the people's court to which the petition is submitted shall be indicated, and the person who filed the petition shall sign or seal it, and the date of prosecution shall be indicated.

 The people's court may mediate a case of private prosecution; Before the judgment is pronounced, the private prosecutor may reconcile himself with the defendant or withdraw his private prosecution. Mediation is not applicable to the cases provided for in the third paragraph of Article 210 of this Law.
 The provisions of the first and second paragraphs of Article 208 of this Law shall apply to the time limit for the people's court to try a case of private prosecution; If the person is not in custody, the sentence shall be pronounced within six months after accepting the case.
