Divorce, upbringing, support, adoption, guardianship, dissolution of cohabitation and other family disputes belong to civil disputes and are not within the scope of cases accepted by public security organs. The parties concerned should solve the problem through consultation, or seek coordination from the neighborhood committee or village committee, or deal with it through legal channels. However, if there is physical conflict between the two sides, the public security organ will accept it.
