There is no huge amount standard for the crime of bribery. See the amount standard for the crime of fraud:
 1. Large amount: more than 100000 yuan for individuals and more than 500000 yuan for units;
 2. Huge amount: more than 200000 yuan for individuals and more than 500000 yuan for units;
 3. The amount is particularly huge: personal amount is more than one million yuan, and unit amount is more than 2.5 million yuan.
 The standard for the crime of offering bribes with a large amount: the amount of individual bribery is more than 10000 yuan, and the amount of unit bribery is more than 200000 yuan. Only a large amount of bribery to non state personnel constitutes a crime, so the standard of a large amount is consistent with the prosecution standard of this crime.
 According to Article 11 of the Provisions of the Ministry of Public Security of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the Criteria for the Filing and Prosecution of Criminal Cases under the Jurisdiction of Public Security Organs (II), in order to seek illegitimate interests and give money or property to the staff of companies, enterprises or other units, if the amount of individual bribery is more than 10000 yuan, or the amount of unit bribery is more than 200000 yuan, the case shall be filed for prosecution.
