1-3 months from case filing to court session, and 1-2 months from court session to issuance of judgment documents. If the judgment document received is that the divorce is not allowed, no lawsuit shall be filed within 6 months from the date of receiving the judgment, and the case shall be filed again after 6 months. Therefore, if a lawsuit is filed once and the divorce is decided, it will take 2-5 months. If a second lawsuit is required, the time will be postponed to the end of the next lawsuit until the court issues a divorce judgment. Legal basis: Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Law
