    Liquidation procedure of limited company:
    1. Submit bankruptcy application to the court, and submit bankruptcy application, company property statement and other relevant materials to the court at the same time;
    2. After the court accepts the case, it will issue a public notice to notify known creditors, declare their claims, convene the first creditors' meeting, establish a liquidation group, and liquidate assets;
    3. The court may, in accordance with the law, directly review whether the company meets the conditions for bankruptcy declaration and make a ruling declaring the company bankrupt.

    Legal basis:

    Article 7 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China
    The debtor may apply to the people's court for reorganization, reconciliation or bankruptcy liquidation under the circumstances specified in Article 2 of this Law. If the debtor is unable to pay off its due debts, the creditor may apply to the people's court for reorganization or bankruptcy liquidation of the debtor. If an enterprise as a legal person has been dissolved but has not been liquidated or has not completed liquidation, and its assets are insufficient to pay off its debts, the person who is legally responsible for liquidation shall apply to the people's court for bankruptcy liquidation.
