For a coerced marriage, the coerced party may apply to the people's court for the dissolution of the marriage, but it is not necessary to appeal. A request for dissolution of marriage shall be made within one year from the date of termination of the coercive act. If a party whose personal freedom is illegally restricted requests the dissolution of his marriage, he shall do so within one year from the date when his personal freedom is restored.
