If there is no divorce, the house can be notarized in the name of one party. According to relevant regulations, the husband and wife can agree that the property acquired during the marriage relationship and the premarital property belong to their own ownership, joint ownership or part of their own ownership, part of their joint ownership, and the agreement should be in writing. If the husband and wife have not divorced, they can notarize the house in one party's name. Notarization is an activity in which a notary institution, upon the application of a natural person, legal person or other organization, proves the authenticity and legality of civil legal acts, facts of legal significance and documents in accordance with legal procedures.

    Legal basis:

Article 1065 of the Civil Code?
Both men and women may agree that the property acquired during the marriage relationship and the premarital property shall belong to their own ownership, joint ownership or part of their own ownership or part of their joint ownership. The agreement shall be in writing. In the absence of an agreement or unclear agreement, the provisions of Articles 1062 and 1063 of this Law shall apply.
The agreement made by the husband and wife on the property acquired during the marriage relationship and the pre marital property shall be legally binding on both parties.
