During the period of stay without pay, they will not be promoted and will not enjoy various allowances, subsidies and labor insurance benefits; Those who have basically lost their ability to work due to illness or disability may be dealt with according to the method of resignation. In principle, the employees who stay without pay shall pay the labor insurance premium to the original unit monthly when they are engaged in other income work, and the amount shall not be less than 20% of their original salary.

 Article 3 of the Notice of the Ministry of Labor and Personnel of the People's Republic of China and the State Economic Commission on the Issue of Enterprise Employees' Request for "Staying without Pay", "Staying without Pay" generally does not exceed two years.
