There is no time limit for litigation of alimony for divorce by agreement. With the development of social economy, disposable income and changes in the situation of the guardian and the ward, a lawsuit can be filed accordingly until the ward reaches the age of 18; However, the other party can still get the support of the court for litigation and non litigation of the tuition fees of the ward and medical expenses of the sick.
