1. The four major regions of Wuhan have liberalized purchase restrictions. Non restricted shopping areas in Wuhan: Caidian District, Hannan District, Xinzhou District, Dongxihu District, Jiangxia District, Huangpi District, and Economic Development Zone are not restricted.
2. If you buy a house with a non local household registration in Wuhan, the social security will be changed from two years to one year, and you can pay the social security for one year accumulatively in three years.
3. Wuhan local residence, multi child family, can buy the third suite if you want to live in other places.
4. Wuhan housing loan interest rate fell again! 4.8% for the first suite and 5.05% for the second suite.
Legal basis
Article 2 of the Notice of Wuhan Housing Security and Housing Administration Bureau on Adjusting the Housing Purchase Restriction Policy in Wuhan, each unit shall strengthen the review when accepting the contract filing and property right registration of new commercial housing and stock housing, and shall not go through the relevant procedures if the tax payment or social security certificate is not in conformity with the provisions.
