The litigation of alimony dispute belongs to property dispute, which shall be calculated according to the payment standard of property litigation in the Measures for Payment of Litigation Costs. According to Article 13 of the Measures for Payment of Litigation Costs, the case acceptance fees shall be paid according to the following standards:
 （1） In the case of property, according to the amount or value of the claims, the property shall be paid cumulatively in the following proportions:
 1. 50 yuan for each piece not exceeding 10000 yuan;
 2. For the part exceeding 10000 yuan to 100000 yuan
 2.5%;
 3. 2% for the part exceeding 100000 yuan to 200000 yuan;
 4. For the part exceeding 200000 yuan to 500000 yuan
 1.5%;
 5. 1% for the part exceeding 500000 yuan to 1 million yuan;
 6. The part exceeding 1 million yuan to 2 million yuan shall be paid at 0.9%;
 7. 0.8% for the part exceeding 2 million yuan to 5 million yuan;
 8. 0.7% for the part exceeding 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan;
 9. 0.6% for the part exceeding 10 million yuan to 20.2 million yuan;
 10. The part exceeding RMB 20.2 million shall be paid at 0.5%.
