Whether or not the "gift of property" in the divorce agreement can be revoked should be analyzed according to the specific circumstances, depending on whether the specific act is incidental in most cases or a simple gift. For a simple gift, the parties should be allowed to exercise the right of revocation unless it is confirmed by notarization or the judgment of the people's court. The parties cannot be allowed to revoke a gift that belongs to a collateral act. Typical collateral acts include the following situations:
 1. A gift with the nature of compensation and compensation given to the other party by the fault party that leads to divorce due to emotional breakdown
 2. A compensatory gift paid by one party to support children, care for the elderly, assist the other party in work, etc
 3. In a divorce agreement, one party raises a minor child or performs the main maintenance obligation, while the other party gives a gift with the nature of maintenance obligation
 4. A gift of compensatory nature given to the other party by personal property as a result of the distribution of most of the common property by one party
 5. Gifts in the nature of fulfilling the obligation of helping according to Article 42 of the Marriage Law
 6. A gift of compensation in the nature of giving property in exchange for the other party's consent to divorce by agreement.
