If the parents are divorced, the child's political trial needs to provide the other party's proof of no crime. Divorce does not change the relationship between parents and children. Generally, direct blood relatives need to be provided for examination. The content and scope of political trial should have different requirements in different historical periods. The political review mainly emphasizes the candidates' ideological progress, good moral character, decent style, strong organizational discipline and legal concept. In general, one of the following circumstances shall be deemed as unqualified in the political trial: those who oppose the four basic principles; Having bad behaviors such as hooliganism and theft, and having poor moral quality; Suspected of a crime but not yet ascertained; If a direct relative by blood or a collateral relative by blood who has great influence on me is engaged in activities endangering China's national security abroad or abroad, and I cannot draw a clear line with him; Among the direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves, there are those who have been sentenced to death or are serving a sentence and have applied for the political and legal organs.
