After divorce, the joint property of the husband and wife becomes the personal property of both parties after division, and is no longer the joint property. If both parties remarry later, at this time, whether the property was originally divided into the personal property of both parties or belonged to their own personal property, the property division before remarriage is still valid. After remarriage, the money earned by both parties from their common life and operation is common property, because the property has been divided into one party after divorce, and the property has belonged to the premarital property of that party, Therefore, after remarriage, the property of both parties is still their own.
 After remarriage, the property generated during the marriage period belongs to the joint property of the husband and wife. After divorce again, only this part of the joint property of the husband and wife is divided.
 In Article 18 of the Marriage Law, the property of the husband and wife shall be in any of the following circumstances:
 （1） Premarital property of one party
 （2） Medical expenses, living allowance for the disabled and other expenses received by one party due to physical injury
 （3） Property specified in the will or gift contract to belong only to the husband or wife
 （4） Daily necessities for one party
 （5） Other properties that should belong to one party
