Complaints about property can be reported to the owners' assembly, and then the owners' assembly will negotiate with the property as a representative. If the negotiation fails, apply to the neighborhood committee for mediation. Those who are dissatisfied with the mediation results can apply for arbitration or file a lawsuit to the court, or directly file a lawsuit to the court.
[Legal Basis]
