 1. For dilapidated houses, the appraisal unit shall propose the basis for comprehensive analysis and judgment, and submit it to the municipal real estate management department or its authorized unit for approval.
 2. For dangerous houses, the construction plan shall be arranged according to the degree of danger, the scope of influence and the specific conditions.
 3. For dangerous points, they should be eliminated in time in combination with normal maintenance.
 4. For dangerous houses and dangerous points, effective measures shall be taken after checking and confirming to ensure safe living.
 Application conditions for dilapidated houses:
 The government subsidy for the rural dilapidated housing renovation project shall be applied for by the household head, who must meet the following conditions at the same time:
 1. He has local agricultural household registration and lives in the local area, and is the property owner of the house.
 2. It belongs to the dangerous houses listed when the investigation of dangerous houses in rural areas was carried out in 2008.
 3. It belongs to any type of rural households with five guarantees, low guarantees, poor households and ordinary households.
