There are two kinds of inheritance of real estate, one is testamentary inheritance, the other is statutory inheritance. If the person has not left a will before death, he or she should be dealt with according to statutory inheritance.
 The following procedures are required for notarization of heritage house:
 1、 Fill in the Notarization Application Form
 2、 Submit supporting materials
 1. The legal heir shall personally submit the original ID card and household register to the notary office.
 In case of abandonment of inheritance, the successor shall go to the notary office to handle the Notary Certificate of Declaration of Abandonment of Inheritance in person or submit the original of the Notary Certificate of Declaration of Abandonment of Inheritance to the notary office at the place of residence.
 2. The original of the deceased's Household Registration Cancellation Form.
 3. Submit the original of House Ownership Certificate and State owned Land Use Certificate.
 4. Family certificate.
 The kinship certificate consists of the spouse, children and parents of the decedent, which can be issued by the local police station where the decedent's household registration is located, or issued by the village (neighborhood) committee and signed by the township (town) people's government "The above is true" and stamped (original).
 3、 The notary examines the materials and the Notarization Application Form
 After the review of the Notarization Application Form and materials, the undertaking notary will issue an Acceptance Notice, which will be used for filing, numbering, payment, photocopying of certification materials and other matters.
 4、 Receive the inheritance notarial certificate
 Within the specified time, take your identity certificate and notarization fee invoice, and get the notarization certificate that has been handled.
