The labor contract relationship can be terminated at any time
 1. First, the contractual relationship can be dissolved when the agreed conditions for dissolution are established;
 2. Second, the contract relationship can be dissolved when the parties reach an agreement to terminate the contract through negotiation;
 3. Third, the contractual relationship can be terminated when the contract cannot be performed due to irresistible natural disasters.
 Article 60 of the Labor Contract Law The labor dispatch unit shall inform the dispatched workers of the contents of the labor dispatch agreement.
 The labor dispatch unit shall not withhold the labor remuneration paid by the receiving unit to the dispatched workers in accordance with the labor dispatch agreement.
 The labor dispatching unit and the receiving unit shall not collect fees from the dispatched workers.
