In mediation, the principle of voluntariness of both parties shall be followed, and the amount of compensation shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. After mediation, if both parties reach an agreement on the amount of compensation, a mediation statement shall be prepared, and both parties shall perform it; If mediation fails or one party reneges after an agreement is reached through mediation, the health administrative department will not mediate any more.
