If a child without a certificate wants to separate, the cohabitation relationship can be directly terminated. The two parties can negotiate the ownership of custody. The party who does not directly raise the child needs to pay maintenance fees to the minor or adult children who cannot live independently, and perform the obligations of education, guardianship and protection.

Children born out of wedlock enjoy the same rights as children born in wedlock, and no organization or individual may harm or discriminate against them. The natural father or natural mother who does not directly support a child born out of wedlock shall bear the maintenance fees for the minor child or the adult child who cannot live independently.
