The verification time is calculated from the date when the vehicle driver or owner or manager provides the legal origin certificate of the detained vehicle, completes the corresponding procedures, or accepts the handling. If the vehicle needs to be detained due to evidence collection in case of road traffic accidents, the time for detaining the vehicle shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Road Traffic Accident Handling Procedures.
