The limitation of action for property division after divorce can be divided into the following categories: 1. At the time of divorce, one party hid, transferred, sold, destroyed the joint property of the husband and wife, or forged debts to occupy the other party's property. After divorce, the other party found the above behavior, and the limitation of action for requesting another division of the joint property of the husband and wife was two years, counting from the day after the party found it. 2. If both men and women renege on the issue of property division after divorce by agreement and request to change or revoke the property division agreement, they shall file a lawsuit within one year after the divorce by agreement.
 Legal basis:
 Article 1092 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, if one of the husband and wife conceals, transfers, sells off, damages or squanders the joint property of the husband and wife, or forges the joint debt of the husband and wife in an attempt to occupy the property of the other party, when the joint property of the husband and wife is divided through divorce, the party may be given less or no share. After divorce, if the other party finds that he or she has committed any of the above acts, he or she may file a lawsuit with the people's court to request another division of the husband and wife's common property.
