1. The depositor or the entrusted agent shall apply to the Housing Provident Fund Management Center for the withdrawal of housing provident fund with the supporting materials specified in this specification and the Application Form for Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund reviewed by the unit. The Housing Provident Fund Management Center shall accept the withdrawal business on the spot. 2. The Housing Provident Fund Management Center shall review the submitted supporting materials. 3. The Housing Provident Fund Management Center shall decide whether to approve the withdrawal within 3 working days from the date of acceptance. If the withdrawal is approved, the center will transfer the funds to the bank account of the withdrawal entity, the withdrawal entity's bank passbook or provident fund deposit card, and may not pay cash. If the conditions for withdrawal are not met, the application materials shall be returned to the depositor and the reason for not withdrawing shall be notified.
