1、 After the dunners come to the house, we must take photos first and then videotape, recording the negotiation process of both parties in case of future needs. In addition, the dunner is required to show his/her ID card, work certificate, bank or platform authorization. If the other party cannot provide it, he/she can ignore it.
2、 When collecting money at home, you must not refuse to communicate with the other party, let alone use abusive, beating and other methods to fight against violence. What you should do is to negotiate with the other party calmly, explain the reason why you cannot repay, express your willingness to repay, and have a good attitude towards repayment.
3、 After door-to-door collection, everyone must honestly negotiate a workable repayment plan with the other party in combination with their own actual situation. Do not promise something that cannot be achieved in order to reproduce the other party.
4、 If the other party uses obvious means of violent collection, such as threats, intimidation, detention, assault, etc., when making door-to-door collection, everyone must not hesitate to contact the local public security organ immediately and provide evidence of the other party's crime in a timely manner.
6、 After the collection personnel come to the house, they sometimes ask the debtor to sign some letters. Everyone must read carefully to see if there are any illegal words written on the letters. If there are any illegal words, you can refuse to sign, such as (it is fraud if you don't repay again).
7、 If you want to make a repayment, don't give the money to the collector. You must pay it back to the corresponding account, such as the credit card number.
Article 30 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Debt Collection states that if the debtor fails to perform its obligations within the time limit, the collection institution entrusted by the creditor or the creditor's right assignee and its collector may contact the debtor by telephone, short message, fax, mail letter, e-mail, instant messaging, external visits and other means to remind the debtor to perform its obligations.
Article 31 Where a collection institution and its collector remind the debtor of repayment for the first time, they shall identify themselves to the debtor, inform the creditor, the name of the collection institution, and the debtor's debt information. If the debtor requests to present the power of attorney, it shall present the power of attorney in a specific way.
Article 32 The collection institution and its collectors shall not violate the basic social etiquette when reminding the debtor of repayment.
Article 33 Where the collection institution and its collector remind the debtor of repayment by means of telephone or external visit, they shall not do so from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., unless the debtor agrees.
Article 34 Where a collection institution and its collector remind the debtor of repayment by telephone, the number of contacts shall not exceed 5 times a day, and the call process shall be recorded throughout.
