(1) Proof materials for marriage (marriage certificate or marriage registration authority certificate)
 (2) Proof materials of basic marital status. Proof materials such as marriage introduced or arranged for sale
 (3) Evidentiary materials on the changes of the couple's feelings after marriage and the reasons for divorce. If the divorce is caused by the involvement of a third party, the specific facts of the third party's involvement, witness testimony, audio-visual materials and other supporting materials shall be provided. If there are physiological defects or mental diseases, the diagnosis certificate and appraisal certificate shall be provided
 (4) Proof materials for the status quo of marital relationship. In case of separation, provide materials such as separation time and reason
 (5) If a divorce lawsuit has been filed, the court judgment, ruling and other materials shall be provided
 (6) Status of children. Provide the child's birth certificate, household registration certificate, supporting conditions of both husband and wife, and proof of which party the child is willing to live with
 (7) Inventory of property. Including the variety, quantity, current situation, acquisition time and method of the property
 (8) Economic conditions of both parties. Proof of income, deposit, creditor's rights and debts of both parties. Such as company certificate, payroll card, depositor, account number, amount, number of creditor's rights and debts, name and address of creditor
 (9) Evidence of housing. Property right certificate, lease contract, certificate or opinions of the property right unit on the lease relationship
 (10) If you need financial help from the other party, provide proof of illness or inability to work and financial source
 (11) If the other party is required to pay compensation for mental damage, evidence such as domestic violence, maltreatment and abandonment of family members by the other party's bigamy and cohabitation with others shall be provided.
 Article 64 of the Civil Procedure Law stipulates that the parties have the responsibility to provide evidence for their claims. The people's court shall investigate and collect evidence that the parties and their agents ad litem cannot collect on their own due to objective reasons, or that the people's court deems necessary for the trial of the case.
