 If the driver bumps into a person and is fully responsible, the perpetrator should compensate the other party for all losses. The main compensation items include: medical expenses, lost time expenses, nursing expenses, nutrition expenses, hospital board allowance, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. If the other party is disabled, it should also compensate for disability compensation, mental relief, disability aids, and the living expenses of the dependents.
 When making compensation, the insurance company that underwrites the compulsory traffic insurance should first make compensation within the limit of liability. If the compensation limit of the compulsory traffic insurance is exceeded, the accident perpetrator should make compensation. If the third party liability insurance is insured, the insurance company can directly compensate the accident perpetrator to the other party within the compensation limit, or the responsible person can apply to the insurance company for compensation after compensation.
