There are two ways to remedy the loss of the judgment after 10 years of divorce:
 First, if it is lost soon after the judgment, you can directly contact the judge who is responsible for hearing the case after the divorce, and the judge will give another divorce judgment after explaining the situation;
 Second, if it has been a long time since the judgment, you can go to the court archives in person or entrust a lawyer to go through the divorce case file inquiry procedures.
 According to the provisions of the Civil Code of China, the marriage relationship is dissolved when the divorce registration is completed, or the divorce judgment and mediation statement become effective.
