Our country's law does not make clear provisions on the identification standard of mental violence. The only judicial interpretation stipulates that the perpetrator's beating, binding, maiming, restriction of personal freedom or other means will cause certain harm consequences to the physical and mental aspects of family members, that is, constitute domestic violence, but there are no clear provisions on the identification of domestic mental violence.
