The husband and wife have reached an agreement to divorce, which means that they have reached an agreement on the division of property, the division of creditor's rights and debts, and the issue of child support (including who should support the child, and the marriage certificate, ID card, and household register should go through the divorce procedures in the Civil Affairs Bureau. Generally, the divorce procedures are completed in one day.
 2. Directly file a lawsuit for divorce to the court where the defendant is located or the court where the defendant often resides. You can entrust a lawyer to write the statement of complaint, take an ID card and a copy, the mediation statement, which is also faster. If the two parties cannot reach a consensus, the court can make a judgment and try to find evidence of emotional breakdown. If the other party has drug abuse, gambling, domestic violence, abuse and other situations, the court will usually make a divorce. If there are other evidences of emotional breakdown, the court will also judge divorce.
