Both parties agree that the divorce compensation agreement must specify the following
1. The declaration of divorce intention of both men and women must be clearly stated. Both men and women are willing to divorce.

3. Properly handle the joint property of husband and wife, and write down how to deal with it in the agreement.
4. Properly deal with the joint debts of the husband and wife, and write down how to deal with them in the agreement.
5. Write down the financial help of one of the spouses who is in difficulty in life and the responsibility of one of the spouses to conceal or transfer their common property.
