If both parties have housing subsidies or provident fund, calculate the total amount of funds remaining during the marriage relationship and the amount of provident fund divided by each party. Considering the unequal amount of provident fund under each party's name and the need for certain conditions for the withdrawal of housing provident fund, one party may consider giving the other a reasonable price difference compensation, So that the funds obtained by both parties are equal.
 Article 17 of the Marriage Law stipulates that the following property acquired by the husband and wife during their marriage relationship shall be jointly owned by the husband and wife:
 （1） Salary and bonus;
 （2） Income from production and operation;
 （3） Income from intellectual property;
 （4） Property derived from inheritance or donation, except as provided for in Item 3 of Article 18 of this Law;
 （5） Other properties that should be jointly owned.
