According to the Labor Law, the company was closed. When a labor contract is terminated, economic compensation for the termination of the contract shall be given in accordance with the provisions. The economic compensation shall be paid one month's salary every year according to the number of years the worker has worked in the unit.
 If it is more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; If the period is less than six months, the employee shall be paid economic compensation of half a month's salary. After the bankruptcy and bankruptcy property of the company has paid off the bankruptcy expenses and public welfare debts in priority, the income due to employees shall be compensated first.
 The order of payment of employees' income: employees' wages, medical treatment, disability subsidies, alimony, basic endowment insurance, medical insurance premiums, and compensation that should be paid to employees according to laws and administrative regulations.

 The labor contract shall be terminated under any of the following circumstances:
 （1） The labor contract expires;
 （2） Workers begin to enjoy basic old-age insurance benefits according to law;
 （3） The worker dies, or is declared dead or missing by the people's court;
 （4） The employing unit is declared bankrupt according to law;
 （5） The business license of the employer is revoked, the employer is ordered to close down, or the employer decides to dissolve in advance;
 （6） Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
