Procedures for reissue of divorce certificate
 If the divorce certificate is lost, it can also be used if the marital status on the household register indicates divorce. If divorce is not indicated in the household register, according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs's "Answers to Several Questions on Marriage Registration" on September 11, 1986, if the marriage certificate or divorce certificate is lost or destroyed, it cannot be reissued. You can only apply to the original marriage registration authority with your household registration certificate and the Marriage Status Certificate issued by your unit or the village (residents) committee. The original marriage registration authority has verified the marriage registration file and confirmed that you have legally handled marriage registration in that authority. Then submit your application for verification to the municipal, municipal district and county civil affairs departments for examination and approval, and issue you the Certificate of Divorce of Marital Relationship according to law. The relevant certificates reissued have the same legal effect as the Marriage Certificate or the Divorce Certificate. Generally, the divorce certificate should be reissued at the civil affairs department, and now it is generally applied for at the civil affairs window of the county administrative service center. Go to the archives office to check the marriage file and issue the marriage file certificate in advance.
 1. Application: Take the original ID card (temporary ID card), original household registration book (collective household registration page of household certificate) and three recent 2-inch bareheaded group photos of both men and women;
 2. Acceptance: go to the marriage registration office hall of the civil affairs department where one party's household registration is located, and both parties personally submit the above procedures;
 3. Review: check the account book and ID card to see whether the ID card is expired and whether the photo is the same as the person concerned;
 4. Registration: pay a registration fee of 9 yuan, both parties write a declaration, sign and press the fingerprint, the registration personnel number, register and print the marriage certificate, and fill in the "Review and Processing Form for Re obtaining Marriage Registration";
 5. Certificate issuance: After going through the registration procedures, the relevant registration procedures shall be filed and the marriage certificate of both parties shall be issued on the spot. Macao residents shall submit: (1) pass or return home permit; （2） Macao resident identity card; （3） My divorce registration file. （4） The signature statement of the Declaration on Application for Renewal of Marriage Registration Certificate. 4. Taiwan residents shall submit: (1) Taiwan resident passes or travel documents; (2) their own identity cards. （3） My divorce registration file. （4） The signature statement of the Declaration on Application for Renewal of Marriage Registration Certificate. 5. Personnel going abroad and overseas Chinese shall submit:
 （1） My valid passport. （2） My divorce registration file (III) Declaration of Application for Renewal of Marriage Registration Certificate.
 6. Each party shall submit two two inch single half length bareheaded photos; remarks:
