 When children fail to perform their duty of support, parents who are unable to work or have difficulties in living have the right to require their children to pay alimony.
 Drowning, abandoning and other acts of injuring or injuring infants are prohibited.
 Article 73 of the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly:
 If the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly are infringed upon, the infringed or his or her agent has the right to request the relevant departments to deal with it, or bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
 The people's courts and relevant departments shall, in accordance with law, promptly accept complaints, charges and exposures that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly, and shall not shirk or delay them.
