 4. When returning the ticket with a stamp, the baggage change procedure shall be handled first.
 5. Due to special circumstances, the ticket that has been changed within 2 hours after driving with the consent of the station master will not be returned.
 6. Platform tickets are non refundable.
 The method for refunding suburban tickets, time tickets and quota tickets shall be determined by the railway transport enterprise itself. When necessary, the railway transport enterprise may temporarily adjust the refund method.
