For voluntary divorce, the divorce agreement must include provisions such as child support and visitation, division of common property, joint creditor's rights and debts, and economic subsidies for living difficulties. The divorce agreement is in triplicate, one for each party and one for the marriage registration authority.
 The divorce agreement shall include the following contents:
 1、 The registration of divorce is the expression of the true intention of both parties;
 2、 Where the children live together, and the expenses that the party who does not live together with the children should bear for the child rearing, the way and period of payment;
 3、 The division of common property (the quantity and value of each party and the list attached);
 4、 The enjoyment of joint claims and debts and the liability to pay off them;
 5、 Solutions to housing problems;
 6、 The method and duration of financial assistance to the party in difficulty;
 7、 The way in which the visiting right of one party who does not live with children is implemented and the obligation of the other party to assist;
 8、 Other matters that need to be clarified in the agreement;
 9、 Signature (seal or hand seal) of both parties;
 10、 The time when the divorce agreement was made.
 Therefore, the divorce agreement can be written according to the above provisions.
