If not, the unit of household registration is household. Those who live together with the person in charge shall be established as one household, and the person in charge shall be the head of the household. If a single person lives in an independent household, he or she shall be the head of the household. One household or separate household registration shall be set up for those who live in institutions such as government agencies, organizations, schools, enterprises and institutions and in public dormitories. The head of household is responsible for reporting the household registration in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
