Hello, if there is no property agreement between husband and wife, generally speaking, the following properties belong to the joint property of husband and wife:
（1） Salary and bonus;
（2） Production and operation income;
（3） Income from intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent right and trademark right;
（4） Inherited estate (except that the will stipulates that only one spouse can own property);
（5） Donated property (unless the donor clearly states that it is only donated to the husband and wife);
（6） Income from investment of one party's personal property;
（7） Both parties have received or should receive housing subsidies and housing provident fund;
（8） Endowment insurance and bankruptcy resettlement fees that have been received or should be received by both parties.
