    Hello, if there is no property agreement between husband and wife, generally speaking, the following properties belong to the joint property of husband and wife:
    (1) Salary and bonus;
    (2) Production and operation income;
    (3) Income from intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent right and trademark right;
    (4) Inherited estate (except that the will stipulates that only one spouse can own property);
    (5) Donated property (unless the donor clearly states that it is only donated to the husband and wife);
    (6) Income from investment of one party's personal property;
    (7) Both parties have received or should receive housing subsidies and housing provident fund;
    (8) Endowment insurance and bankruptcy resettlement fees that have been received or should be received by both parties.
