If there is no specific distribution ratio of the estate, the estate shall be treated according to the statutory inheritance ratio. The specific distribution ratio is as follows according to Article 1130 of the Civil Code:
1. Successors in the same order shall generally inherit equal shares of the estate.
2. The heirs who have special difficulties in life and lack the ability to work shall be given consideration when distributing the inheritance.
3. Heirs who have made major contributions to the decedent or live with the decedent may share more of the estate when distributing it.
4. Successors who have the ability and conditions to support, and who do not fulfill their obligations to support, shall be given no or less share in the distribution of the estate.
5. Successors may also be unequal if they agree through consultation.
