If the party applying for divorce defrauded the divorce registration, the Civil Affairs Bureau shall cancel the divorce registration, declare the dissolution of marriage invalid to the divorced party, and withdraw the divorce certificate. If a party considers that the conditions for divorce are met, he may apply for administrative reconsideration. If they are not satisfied with the reconsideration decision, they may bring an administrative lawsuit.
If the party applying for divorce is in a state of no civil conduct when registering for divorce, or the Civil Affairs Bureau violates the legal procedures when registering for divorce, it may also apply for cancellation of divorce registration.

After it comes into force, either of the husband and wife who are not in the above circumstances has no right to renege on or revoke the divorce agreement. If there is fraud or coercion in the property, they can sue for revocation according to law.
