    If the enterprise has special conditions or does not want to open a basic account for personal reasons, it does not violate the law, but the basic operation of the enterprise;

    For example, daily operations such as applying for loans and invoicing are closely related to the opening of basic accounts, so it is better to open basic accounts after the company becomes stable.

    [Legal Basis]

    According to Article 48 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Commercial Banks, enterprises and institutions can open a basic account for daily transfer settlement and cash receipt and payment at the business premises of a commercial bank, and may not open more than two basic accounts.

    No unit or individual may open an account to deposit the funds of the unit in the name of an individual.
