According to the law, health food advertisements should not contain the following contents: assertions or guarantees of efficacy and safety; Involved in disease prevention and treatment; Claiming or implying that the advertised goods are necessary for health protection; Compare with drugs and other health food; Use advertising spokesmen to recommend and prove; Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
 Legal basis
 Article 18 of the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, an advertisement for health food shall not contain the following contents:
 （1） Assertions or guarantees of efficacy and safety;
 （2） Involved in disease prevention and treatment;
 （3） Claiming or implying that the advertised goods are necessary for health protection;
 （4） Compare with drugs and other health food;
 （5） Use advertising spokesmen to recommend and prove;
 （6） Other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
 The advertisement of health food should clearly indicate that "this product cannot replace medicine".
