Any dispute over an entrustment contract may be settled by the parties through consultation. If the negotiation fails, it may request the relevant department to mediate. If the mediation fails, the dispute may be submitted to an arbitration institution for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement. If no arbitration agreement has been concluded or the arbitration agreement is invalid, and the legal conditions are met, a suit may be brought in a people's court.

 Article 119 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China (2017 Revision)
 The prosecution must meet the following conditions:
 （1） The plaintiff is a citizen, legal person or other organization that has a direct interest in the case;
 （2） There are definite defendants;
 （3） There are specific claims, facts and reasons;
 （4） It falls within the scope of civil litigation accepted by the people's court and under the jurisdiction of the people's court to which the lawsuit is filed.
