You may not cohabit with others during the prosecution period. During the divorce proceedings, if one party cohabits with others, it is a fault in law and needs to bear the liability for damages. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the people's courts will publicly announce judgments on all cases that are tried in public or not. When a judgment is pronounced, the parties must be informed of their right to appeal, the time limit for appeal and the court of appeal. When a divorce judgment is pronounced, the parties must be informed that they may not marry again before the judgment becomes legally effective.
