    What's the procedure for parole?
The legal procedure for parole is as follows: 1. The prison carrying out forced labor reform shall submit a parole proposal to the local intermediate people's court, and reply the following materials: 1. Criminal appraisal form; 2. Reward and punishment form for criminals; 3. Judgments and rulings of the Court of Final Appeal; 4. Copy of the written order of commutation over the years; 5. Specific materials on the criminal's true repentance or performance of meritorious service; 6. Materials of minors or old disabled (except self injury and self mutilation). 7. A proposal for parole of life imprisonment shall be submitted to the judicial bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government for approval before a proposal for parole is made. 2、 The intermediate people's court in the place where the prison is located shall, after receiving the prison's parole proposal, examine whether the materials are complete, whether the formalities are complete, and whether the procedures are legal; 3、 The people's court shall form a collegial panel to hear the case after examining the case materials, and shall order parole to the criminals who meet the statutory requirements. Parole shall be counted from the date of the announcement of the ruling. The probation period shall be the term of the sentence that has been executed. Generally, no commutation of sentence shall be granted during the probation period. If a person is sentenced to additional deprivation of political rights, the probation period shall be executed from the date of parole. Is this easy to understand?
