 In addition to the labor contract, there are wage cards, wage passbooks, wage slips or other payroll records, and employee rosters to prove labor relations; Records of various social insurance premiums paid by the employer for the workers; The certificate issued by the employer to the employee that can prove the identity of the position; Employment records such as recruitment records of the employer filled in by the laborer; Attendance records of the employer; Testimony of other workers; Other evidences that can prove the existence of the factual labor relationship between the laborer and the employer.
 Article 16 of the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, a labor contract shall come into force after the employer and the worker reach an agreement through consultation, and the employer and the worker sign or seal the labor contract text. The employer and the employee shall each hold one copy of the labor contract.
